We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Free returns
Returns are free for all customers in the United States. We email you a prepaid return label, so you pay nothing to send the item back.
Conditions
- Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where possible.
- Please include your order number with the return.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect can always be returned, whatever their condition.
How to start a return
- Email contact@berdova.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with your free prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping is free, so there is nothing to deduct.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by emailing us. Orders that have already shipped can be returned under this policy.
