How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Delivery then takes 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we only ship to addresses in the United States.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Email us at contact@berdova.shop and we will send you a prepaid return label. We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
